The extended and newly restored, 100
year old farmhouse can spaciously accommodate ten people in five en-suite
bedrooms. Bar, satellite television and playroom make
it suitable for the whole family and a mere step outside will greet you
with not only a private swimming pool, but also the exquisite view from
this remote part of the reserve.
Adventures out of this peaceful
seclusion include early morning cruises down the Kariega River and
exciting morning and evening game drives. The Homestead is equipped with its own 4X4
safari vehicle. This,
together with the personal, experienced game ranger enables private game
viewing throughout the extensive reserve. These exclusive drives are
possible day and night, allowing for spectacular sightings of lion,
elephant, rhino, buffalo, hippo, hyena, hyena, giraffe, zebra and numerous antelope
species.
